The design process should allow time and thought to be given to satisfy your requirements before any construction begins. It becomes the designers function to incorporate various elements important to the client in such a way that the basic design principals of order, unity and rhythm are implemented in a proper landscape design.

Taking the time and spending the money to have a landscape plan is a good starter investment. Proper planning should answer any questions a client may have and save valuable dollars, not only during installation, but later in your landscape life, as well as adding value to one of your biggest investments – your home.

We have upgraded our design studio and tools to allow for more efficient design services. Our goals are to turn out designs within shorter time frames with the same true quality and creativity that we have built our services around. We have also invested in a plotter this winter so we can print in house designs, which will help in our efficiency.

How the Consultation Works

We make an appointment with the clients to see the designer, the office will mail out a design questionnaire. Designer then comes out to meet with client for approximately 1 hr., (at this time the questionnaire should be filled out), and the designer will review with you at this time. The designer will give you a quote on the design, and if you accept , we ask that you pay 50% of that cost before we go any further with the design. Then the designer will take site measurements and pictures and create a concept and computerize it into a drawing. (rough concept sketch ). At this time we meet with the client to go over the concept drawing to ensure that we are proceeding towards a common understanding of clients needs. Installation budget and costs will be discussed at this time. We then make an appointment to go over final computerized scale design and quote for installation of design (at this time final payment is due).

On site design consultation starts at $75.00 + G.S.T.
per hr. and is non-refundable, minimum one hour.
This fee is payable on first site visit.
